Shehin Fn is a highly skilled entrepreneur with extensive technical and management experience in the Web3 space. With over 12 years of relevant experience, Shehin has developed, tested, audited, and deployed several smart contracts in blockchain networks, including Ethereum, Solano, and Hyperledger. She has also provisioned infrastructure for enterprises using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm chart for application deployment and scaling. She has migrated legacy software infrastructure from monolithic to microservices based on client requirements. Shehin has managed, up-skilled, and trained cross-functional agile and scrum teams at scale. She has built a trade engine handling more than 450 tps using GoLang, Kafka, Redis, Mongo, and scaled it from 450 tps to 650 tps using pro-rata and a-star algorithm. She has a strong background in team management, project management, process automation, product management, Agile, Scrum, Agile at scale, cross-functional teams, product backlogs, communication, upskilling, training, public relations, marketing, product strategy planning, cloud infrastructure provisioning, infrastructure scaling, continuous integration pipeline, continuous deployment pipeline, Web3 Development, Blockchain development, and Smart contracts. Currently, Shehin is the Founder and CEO of Storygame, where the core focus and mission are to continuously build and evolve to be the most operationally efficient organization on the planet. She achieves this through gamification, process automation, and through systems that are employee-friendly that can make them more productive and innovative at work. Prior to Storygame, Shehin worked as the Lead Backend and Web3 Developer at Coinfactory - #1 ICO platform, where she collaborated with managers to determine blockchain technology needs and envisaged functionalities. She was responsible for creating application features and interfaces by using programming languages and writing multithreaded codes. She also optimized and secured blockchain applications by integrating new tools and technologies. She has also worked as a Project Lead at Ausfinex, where she was responsible for researching, designing, developing, and testing blockchain network. Shehin holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the University of Kerala and has attended Kendriya Vidyalaya.
