Sheia Anandaraj is a seasoned product manager with over 14 years of experience in technology and business roles, including 4 years of product management experience. She is currently the Cross Product Lead and Senior Product Manager at Dell, where she is responsible for driving the product strategy and roadmap for multiple products. Prior to joining Dell, she worked at Adobe and multiple Fortune 500 companies. Sheia has a strong background in product management, having led various projects from ideation to launch. At Adobe, she was responsible for redesigning the Adobe Digital Learning Services website, where she worked with UX designers to conduct user research and interviews, created interactive UI mock-ups, prioritized usability requirements, and defined success metrics and objectives. She also supported the Run the Business (RTB) user needs, creating and prioritizing user stories, performing feasibility analysis, and communicating release notes to various stakeholders, including senior management. Sheia has also worked as a Senior Consultant at HSBC (through Capco), where she led the implementation of the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) tool for commercial banking clients in India. The tool helped safeguard the bank against financial crime risks and comply with the regulations under the deferred prosecution agreement (DPA). Sheia holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB), and has 4.5 years of international experience working in the US. She also has a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum. Sheia's technical skills include product management, testing, research, and UI design.
