Sheikh Wasim is an experienced Engineering Lead with expertise in Hybrid Mobile Apps development, particularly in React Native. With over 7 years of experience in consumer and enterprise apps, he has worked on DevOps processes for Mobile App Deployments. He has a strong background in Requirement gathering, High-Level Design, LLD, Client Handling, runbook for technical guide, and user guide. Currently, he holds the position of Senior Engineering Lead at Persistent Systems. In the past, Sheikh has worked with Infogain as an Application Development Consultant and with Minerva Online Education as a Senior Software Developer. At Minerva, he was responsible for Mobile UI development in ionic framework, creating restful-API for Apps to work with database (MySQL) and admin panel to manage data of apps. He has also developed and managed Application and web development projects using TypeScript, Angular & React. Sheikh has hands-on experience in code optimization, functional flow, creating modules, enhancing coding standards, and Magento site development. He has also developed APIs for Mobile Application in CodeIgniter and has deployed apps to Play store and Appstore. Sheikh holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Sikkim Manipal University and a BCA degree from the same university. His tech stack includes Mobile, React Native, Web, DevOps, iOS, Software Engineer, UI, Typescript, MySQL, Redux, Javascript, SQL, Search, Frontend, AI, Jenkins, and Azure. With almost 6 years of relevant experience, Sheikh is a learner at heart and is always looking to improve his skills and knowledge.
