Shekhar Prasad Shaw is a seasoned Engineer with 9 years of experience in the development of 5G-NR (CU-UP primarily) & 4G-LTE Protocol Stack at gNB and eNB respectively along with the development of Testing Frameworks tools and several other dev tools with good understanding of Linux, Data Structures with exposure to the complete Software Development Life Cycle. He is currently working as a Lead Software Engineer at Radisys, where he is involved in 5G-NR development - CU-UP developer. Shekhar has expertise in designing Framework from scratch and command on scripting languages. He has the ability to meet deadlines, lead teams, result-oriented, confident, ability to absorb and master concepts quickly. He possesses good planning, organizing, and monitoring skills. Shekhar has worked with renowned companies like Nokia and Intel in the past. At Nokia, he worked as a Technical Specialist and was responsible for LTE - 4G, Nb-IoT, Cat-M, 5G - NR stack development. At Intel, he worked as a 3G/LTE/5G Protocol Stack Developer. Shekhar holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Abacus Institute of Engineering and Management 240.
