Shellja is a Human Resource Executive with a passion for creating a positive and productive workplace culture. She is currently working with Oyelabs, where she handles end-to-end recruitment cycle, employee management, engagement, and documentation. With almost two years of experience in HR, Shellja understands the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with employees. Shellja's strongest asset is her ability to build and maintain relationships. She believes that employees are the engine of businesses, and it’s vital to create cultures in which they can thrive. She follows the philosophy that relationships should be treated like a sacred flower, requiring constant attention and care to flourish. Before joining Oyelabs, Shellja worked as a Corporate Relations Coordinator at The Placement Cell, Kalindi College, and as a Secretary at Vyavsaay, The Entrepreneurship Cell, Kalindi College. She has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Delhi University, where she is currently pursuing her studies. She also holds a Senior Secondary School Certificate in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Bhatnagar International School and a Secondary School Certificate from Lalit Mahajan SVM Senior Sec. School.
