Sheshang Ajwalia is a highly skilled Scrum Master and JAMStack Developer with a passion for technology and innovation. With over 3.84 years of relevant experience, he is currently working as a Manager (Technology) at Morgan Stanley, where he is responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Sheshang's expertise lies in JAM Stack with Angular-Spring Boot-HTML5, and he is always looking for new and innovative ways to leverage these technologies to create cutting-edge applications. He is also proficient in Spring Boot, Spring, and AngularJS, which are some of the most popular frameworks used in the industry today. In addition to his technical skills, Sheshang is also an active member of Toastmasters International, where he has been involved since April 2020. This has helped him develop excellent communication and leadership skills, which he applies in his work as a Scrum Master to ensure effective collaboration and communication among team members.
