Shibabrata Biswas is a highly accomplished and motivated professional with over 13 years of experience in individual and leadership roles involving enterprise software and consulting services. He has a rich experience in end-to-end data warehousing solutions, involving very large data warehouse environments with a focus on dimensional modeling, star schema design, extract, transform and load procedures (ETL), data analysis, and reporting. Shibabrata has functional/domain expertise in guiding organizations to utilize a strategic approach to achieve organizational goals through the development of technical roadmaps and the use of data to measure, track, and achieve those goals. He works with all levels of an organizational hierarchy to translate business needs to data and information resources. Shibabrata has sound knowledge of CRM system, web applications, and IOT (Fleet Management, Smart Home), Retail, Telecom, Banking & Financial Services industries. He manages staffing and career management initiatives to maximize performance, productivity, and job satisfaction through active mentoring, coaching, and leadership. Currently, Shibabrata is working as a Senior Lead at Brillio. He is responsible for BI and data warehousing project deliveries and leading the project with cross-functional teams, internal/external stakeholders of the company across the world. Shibabrata is also mentoring junior developers on career development and business intelligence technologies. He is working with AWS, Jasper Soft 7.5, Tableau, SSRS, Power BI, Bit Bucket, Python, Cloudera. In the past, Shibabrata has worked as a Data Manager at Girikon, where he provided leadership and direction in defining the role Data analytics Manager position, overall Data Analytics and BI infrastructure, and drive the culture of data-driven decision making throughout the organization. He has also worked as a Technical Lead at Altran, where he provided leadership and focus on increasing data analysis and advanced analytic capabilities to positively affect and directly influence the organization's commitment to the advancement of the nation’s foster care system. Shibabrata has a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Bangalore.
