Prior to founding SurveySparrow, Shihab served as Co-Founder and BU Head of Freshservice at Freshworks, where he played a key role in the company's growth and success. He also served as Director of Product Management at Freshworks, where he led the development and launch of several successful products. Shihab holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the College of Engineering, Adoor, and an HSE degree in Science from Pavandoor Higher Secondary School. He has a strong background in product management and is well-versed in various tech stacks.
