Shikha Chauhan is a highly skilled Project Manager with over 14 years of experience in Electrical Component Management, Compliance, and Data Management. She is currently working as a Project Manager - Component & Compliance at Schlumberger, where she oversees global governance on Electrical Component Management, Obsolescence, and Compliance directives for all Schlumberger assets. Shikha has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur. Shikha is proficient in developing VBA-based tools for manual-intensive processes to reduce human effort, increase reliability of data, and reduce human error. She is also the author and owner of mandatory procedures related to component data management followed all across Schlumberger.
