Shikha Singh is a highly skilled DevOps Cloud expert with over 8 years of experience in applying practices and tools in Cloud to deliver high-performance applications at a faster pace. She is currently working as a Senior Cloud & DevOps Engineer at Ayraa, where she is responsible for provisioning, operating, and managing distributed application systems on the AWS cloud. Shikha has expertise in providing automated CI/CD solutions and end-to-end delivery of applications. Shikha has a rich experience in the Financial/Retail banking domain and has worked with companies like Mastercard and Tieto in the past. At Mastercard, she worked on creating Cloud infrastructure for Access identity Solutions (B2B/B2C) solutions and led the creation of automation frameworks for build and deployment of entire stack of applications using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Chef, Infrastructure as Code (IAC), Docker, etc. At Tieto, she created multiple credit application solutions for customers using the DIVIDO Finance platform and provided onsite support in Finland/Denmark to clients. Shikha has practical and extensive knowledge of using Agile, Scrum, SAFE, ITIL Practices. She has experience working in Linux environment & Database interactions and is aware of IAM technologies (e.g. 2FA, authentication, authorization), security implementations, certificate life-cycle management, mutual TLS, SSL handshake, etc. Shikha has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Shri Rammurti College of Engineering & Technology. She is currently pursuing a Nanodegree Program in Cloud DevOps Engineer from Udacity, which is expected to complete in February 2022. She has led automation initiatives to improve the performance of software applications and reduce costs. She has built CI/CD Jenkins pipelines for build, deployment using Groovy script with more than 500+ lines of code and created an automation framework for build, deployment of the entire stack of applications using Chef (Infrastructure as Code) in ruby and AWS Cloudformation.
