Shikha Swaroop is an experienced Automation and Manual Test Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the field. Currently working as a Tech Lead II at CitiusTech, she is responsible for leading a team of software engineers and ensuring the quality of the software products being developed. Shikha has a strong background in testing for eCommerce and Telecom domains, with expertise in Test Execution, Test design, Bug Reporting and Tracking, Test Planning, Test strategy, Framework development, and enhancement. She is skilled in Automation testing using Selenium Tool in Java, TestNg, and Maven. Prior to joining CitiusTech, Shikha worked as an Associate at Cognizant, where she gained 4 years and 11 months of experience as an Automation tester. She was responsible for leading activities such as Test Execution, Test design, Bug Reporting and Tracking, Test Planning, Test strategy, and Framework development and enhancement. She also has experience working as a QA Analyst at Taritas Software Solutions, where she worked on the Greenlight and Expenses projects as both a Manual and Automation tester using Agile methodology. Shikha holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Biotechnology from Vellore Institute of Technology and has completed her schooling from JNV, Siwan. Her tech stack includes Selenium, SDET, Java, and QA. Shikha is currently looking for a job opportunity that requires Selenium Automation and is open to exploring new opportunities in the field.
