Shikhar Jaiswal is an experienced Head of Product Management at Xeno, with a demonstrated history of building successful enterprise products. He is an Engineer turned Product Manager/Leader, passionate about technology and education. With almost a decade of relevant experience, Shikhar specializes in building products that leverage technology. Currently, Shikhar is working as the Director of Product Management at HackerRank, where he has led the company's skill assessment product strategy. He started by building HackerRank Projects in 2018, which later became a key pillar to the company's growth. He has also led/partnered on several cross-functional initiatives to align and execute on the skills strategy. Shikhar has expanded the team across product and engineering in close partnership with engineering leaders & the recruitment team. He has managed both senior and junior product managers, along with product analysts and interns. Before joining HackerRank, Shikhar worked as a Software Engineer at Zomato, where he led a small team of developers to build and manage Zomato's consumer web services and APIs. He also spearheaded the end-to-end development of Zomato's first online table booking platform. Shikhar has also worked on Zomato's auth/login system, internal tools, and several performance optimizations. He conceptualized and developed a site-wide javascript framework to modularize and future-proof javascript development, resulting in better rendering and code organization. Shikhar has also worked as VP - Web Services at Brain Bought, where he led product design and engineering, managed and trained software developer interns. He designed and developed products based on proprietary algorithms to recommend long-term stock investments and created technical strategies to tackle data storage & maintenance for large amounts of stock market data. Shikhar holds a Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics from VIT. He has a strong tech stack that includes product manager, test, Javascript, Web, Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and product designer. Shikhar has been consistently recognized for his management and team-building skills and has successfully built hiring strategies for product roles and trained interviewers to meet hiring targets that were necessary to achieve the company's goals.
