Shikhar Saxena is an Associate Manager at HCL, where he manages IT outsourcing proposals for Financial Services clients globally. He is an accomplished Presales Consultant with key responsibilities revolving around Bid Management, Sales, Product Management, New Proposition Development, and Strategic Initiatives. He has a passion for learning and creating value for society, with interests in Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Go-to-Market, Stakeholder Management, People Management, and Team Building. Shikhar holds a PGDM in Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from IP University. He has interned with ITC for personal care products, executing Market Research, Secondary Sales & Channel Development related projects for general trade in Karnataka. He was the winner of marketing world cup-case study competition organized by Marketing Club of IMT and a campus finalist at Koncentix, Research & Consulting at IMT case study competitions. He executed numerous lead pitch & business setup events for ECell, IMT & completed an innovative planning module in Toastmasters Club, a public speaking forum. Shikhar has worked with Harvard Business Review as a Member of HBR Ascend Select, assisting in numerous research projects led by HBR. He has also been a Member of E-Cell, IMT Ghaziabad, where he devised a proposal for an incubation framework targeting segments of budding entrepreneurs & experienced pioneers. He has collaborated with a team of 42 members to conduct entrepreneurial events & guest lectures alongside building relationships with industry stakeholders & startup-era SMEs in proximity. Shikhar is a Research Scientist and Product Manager with relevant experience of 4.61 years. He enjoys learning about philosophy, moment marketing, financial markets, negotiations, and new-gen technologies.
