Shikhar Sharma is a highly motivated and passionate individual who is currently a Junior at IIIT-Delhi, pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering. He is a research assistant at MIDAS: Multimodal Digital Media Analysis Lab, where he is involved in various research projects related to computer vision and machine learning. Shikhar has also worked as a Software Engineering Intern at PayPal, where he gained valuable experience in developing and testing software applications. Additionally, he has served as a Research Assistant at Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi, where he worked on crowd surveillance using drones under the guidance of Prof. Arun Balaji Buduru. Apart from his academic and professional pursuits, Shikhar is also actively involved in various extracurricular activities. He is a coordinator at BYLD IIIT-Delhi and outreach member at OWASP IIITD. He is also an undergraduate researcher at IIITD, where he is involved in various research projects related to computer vision and machine learning. Shikhar is a well-rounded individual with a strong academic background. He completed his high school education at Bishop Cotton Boys' School Bangalore, where he studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics with Computer Science. He also holds a High School Diploma from CMR. Shikhar has excellent technical skills and is proficient in various programming languages and tools. He is a research scientist and software engineer with 0.69 years of relevant experience. He is passionate about applying his skills and knowledge to build something impactful and meaningful. His enthusiasm and dedication make him a valuable asset to any team.
