Shikhar Shrivastav is a highly skilled Full-stack Engineer currently working as an Architect at Myntra with a proven track record of delivering innovative and disruptive ideas. With over 9 years of relevant experience, he has expertise in owning architecture aspects across backend, apps, and web stacks. He is passionate about technology and has a never-say-die attitude that helps him push through the toughest of obstacles. As an Architect for Engagement & Retention initiative at Myntra, Shikhar is responsible for user-facing products like mLive, Studio, Insider, Communications, Gamification pieces, and many other non-user-facing products. He is a full-stack Architect who makes strong contributions on both fronts, architecting and dealing with high-scale systems on the backend front and owning app performance aspects and architecture on the FE front. In his previous roles, Shikhar worked as an Associate Architect at Myntra, where he built the complete Video Platform (Backend & Apps) to cater to Video On Demand (VOD) & Livestream use cases. He also worked on building the next set of high-impact features. Before that, he worked as a Software Development Engineer 4 at Flipkart, where he envisioned multiple new products, completely out of the box, prototyped them, presented them to leadership, and led them to production. His work was showcased at Flipkart’s tech events, and he won multiple Hackathons too. Shikhar holds a B.Tech + M.Tech (Integrated Dual Degree) in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He is a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Backend, Web, and Software Engineering.
