Shikhar Vaish is a Full-Stack Developer with a focus on Real-Time Applications. Shikhar has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Manipal University, where he gained a strong foundation in software engineering. With 1.36 years of relevant experience, Shikhar has worked as an SDE Intern at Dell, where he developed Angular interfaces based on Dell Design System and worked with .NET REST APIs and SSO authentication. He also worked on .NET CORE and Visual Studio to develop a micro-service, where he wrote CRUD API endpoints and tested them using Postman and Visual Studio. Shikhar is skilled in Javascript, AngularJS, and Microservices. At New York University, Shikhar has built a module to record user's reading speed using component load-timestamps. He has also reduced file upload API calls to a single upload by using a shared resources repository and improved application load-time by downloading resources in the background. Shikhar's ability to communicate effectively with his team has been an asset in both Agile and Scrum environments.
