Shikhar Varshney is an experienced AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Engineering Manager at Quovantis Technologies (acquired by Emids). With over 10 years of relevant experience, Shikhar is responsible for the architecture, design, and development of high-performance software applications and software platforms in AWS, React native, React, Node, and iOS. He manages and grooms teams and is responsible for the delivery of products in multiple projects simultaneously. Shikhar is a member of the Architecture Review Board (ARB) in the organization, which validates the principality of the architecture of various project running in the Company. He communicates with clients to understand their requirements and comes up with suggestions and technical solutions. Shikhar takes part in agile sprint ceremonies, planning, and estimation of complete applications as well as work in an agile sprint. He is responsible for maintaining strong Scrum/Agile practices like Capacity Planning, Project Forecast, etc. Shikhar is also responsible for analyzing risk in an ongoing project by the use of various Excel sheets for Risk, Decision Tracker, and Detailed Sprint reports and many of the data and analytics tools. Apart from his current role, Shikhar has worked as an iOS Engineer and iOS Developer in his past companies, Ascenten and Meditab Software, Inc. respectively. At Meditab Software, he developed applications for major products of the company that kept the clients in total sync with the desktop version software of the company. His roles ranged from coding, designing the in and out architecture for the applications, and uploading the apps for clients following both the architecture of In house apps and for the app store too. Shikhar holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecom and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the College of Engineering. He also completed his Senior Secondary education in Science from St. Mary's Sr. Sec. School, Haridwar. Shikhar's technical skills include Senior Software Engineer, AWS, iOS, and React Native. He is passionate about training individuals in AWS, React Native, and iOS.
