Shilakha's keen interests include automation testing using Selenium Webdriver(JAVA), API testing using Postman, JIRA, SQL, and Maven. She has worked on various projects, including Payment Engine, Payment Business Data, E-Payments, and Australian Mortgage Marketplace. Currently, Shilakha is working as a Lead QA Engineer at Airtel Africa Digital Labs, where she is responsible for leading the QA team and ensuring the quality of the products delivered. She has previously worked as a Senior Software Test Engineer at Airtel Africa and as a Senior Test Engineer at TestingXperts, where she was involved in understanding test requirements, analyzing and finalizing test scope, writing test cases, performing functional testing, raising defects, and managing client interactions. Shilakha has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from UIET and completed her high school education from Shishu Niketan Senior Secondary School and Shishu Niketan Public School. She has a strong technical skill set that includes QA, test, SQL, SDET, Selenium, Java, Software Engineer, Mobile, and Web.
