Shilpa Agrawal is an experienced and certified ScrumMaster, software engineer, and Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with over 11 years of experience in the IT/software industry. She is currently working as an Associate Program Manager at Rakuten Symphony, where she is part of a team that creates better products and a better future for society. Shilpa is a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) and a LUMA Certified Practitioner of Human-Centered Design. Shilpa's expertise lies in automation (web/desktop/cloud) using VB-Script, Java, and Python, and automation tools such as Test-Complete/Selenium/Ready-API. She has worked on API testing, regression, performance, and security testing in an Agile environment. She is also well-versed in continuous integration using Docker/Jenkins/Terraform. Shilpa has contributed to projects of SaaS and PaaS using AWS tech stack (S3, Lamda, KDA, SQS, ELK, EC2, CloudWatch). She is an expert in monitoring and well-versed with Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, NewRelic. Prior to her current role, Shilpa worked at Autodesk as an SDET, where she was responsible for developing a granular data exchange platform for Autodesk products. She also served as an SRE at Autodesk Cloud Platform Services [Observability-PSET] + SM, where she was accountable for the Scrum Team's effectiveness and led the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges. Shilpa holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from North Maharashtra University and completed her HSC in Science from LBC Malkapur. Her tech stack includes SDET, Python, AWS, SRE, Selenium, Terraform, New Relic, Jenkins, CI/CD, Integration, Web, Docker, Software Engineer, Java, Amazon Athena, product manager, Elastic Search, Search, UI, and Infra.
