Shilpa Dubey is an experienced IT and business consultant with a focus on EHS consulting, operations, and IT management. Currently, she holds the position of Manager, Operations & Projects at eyva consulting, a boutique EHS consultancy with a primary focus on EHS compliance, due diligence services, and EHS knowledge brokerage services for South East Asia, UAE, India, Bangladesh, and Korea. Before joining eyva consulting, Shilpa worked at Tata as a Business Manager for the EHS Corporate division. Her core responsibilities involved providing direction on the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS management systems, including ISO 14001. She also developed a Policy Manual for Health & Wellness to raise health quality standards of the organization globally. Shilpa conducted several training sessions across plants during her tenure at Tata. In addition, Shilpa worked as a Management Intern at Tata Motors, where she developed a Stress Management Plan after conducting company-wide surveys and stressor-assessments. Shilpa holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in EHS & Sustainability from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE) and an Engineer's Degree in B.Tech (Computer Science) from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
