Shilpa Palled is a highly experienced Principal Software Engineer at Dell Technologies with over 15 years of relevant experience. She possesses a strong background in software engineering, Python, infrastructure, testing, web development, and Django. Shilpa has worked with several reputable companies in the past, including Cisco and ECI Telecom, where she held positions as a Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, respectively. At Cisco, she was involved in Python automation, frameworks design, and development for the NCS2K-GACRUX product line. She was responsible for designing the automation framework for complete ROADM network, which was challenging in terms of its complexity, future scalability, and flexibility to support the real node and simulator network environments.
