Shilpa Rajak is an experienced User Experience Designer with a passion for crafting digital products that are both enjoyable and easy to use. With a relevant experience of 5.44 years, she is currently associated with PlaySimple Games as a User Experience Designer. Shilpa has previously worked as an Associate User Experience Designer at PlaySimple Games and as a User Experience Designer at 21north. During her tenure at 21north, she was responsible for designing the GUI of the ambassador application for driver partners with respect to the UX expectations. She also designed a white-labelled web application for OEMs like Mahindra and Toyota to tap their customer bank in the most effortless way possible to schedule servicing. Shilpa conducted ethnographic research on Network Partner Interface for service centers to understand their needs and help them create effortless design solutions. Shilpa has a B.Tech degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur. She is proficient in various tech skills such as designer, Research Scientist, test, ui, and Web. In her current role at PlaySimple Games, Shilpa is responsible for designing user-centered digital products that cater to the needs of the users. She is involved in the entire design process from ideation to implementation. Shilpa is a creative problem solver and believes in delivering high-quality solutions that meet the business goals.
