Currently, she is working as a Product Lead at Google, where she is responsible for the Google workspace. Shilpa has previously worked with some of the biggest tech companies like eBay, Microsoft, HP, and Yahoo, where she held various leadership positions. Shilpa's expertise lies in product management, where she has worked on several projects related to buyer-seller messaging platforms, email experiences, and off-eBay fraud. She has also served as a Senior Product Manager at Bing, where she was responsible for driving the product vision and strategy for the search engine. Apart from her technical skills, Shilpa is also a Diversity and Inclusion Leader, where she has worked towards creating an inclusive work environment. She is also a Founder of her own venture, which showcases her entrepreneurial spirit.
