Shilpi Kumari is an experienced Engineering Lead currently working at Arcesium, where she specializes in Quality Assurance. With almost 8 years of relevant experience, Shilpi is well-versed in a variety of testing methods, including functional, performance, and security tests, and uses a combination of manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium, Katalon, Python, and Java. In addition, she has experience in creating test cases for sprint and regression testing, as well as performing tests like POST, UAT, and LCT. Previously, Shilpi worked as a Software Developer at SAP, where she was part of a Transportation and Logistics team that caters to the Transportation Management Software market. As part of her learning, she has gained expertise in ABAP, BOPF (Backend), and FPM (UI frontend). Her responsibilities at SAP included creating design documents and developing new requirements, as well as fixing messages/bugs. Shilpi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, which she completed in 2015. Prior to that, she completed her High School education from Rajendra Vidyalaya, where she studied Pure Science and Computer Application. As an Engineering Lead, she is responsible for automating the Sanity Suite both at service and UI levels, as well as conducting manual testing of feature and infra-level changes. She also performs performance testing using Apache JMeter and creates test cases for sprint and regression testing.
