Shipra Pandit is an accomplished Director of HR at JUSPAY with over 11 years of experience in the field. She has a proven track record of successfully setting up HR departments from scratch, executing core HR deliverables, and managing employee lifecycle processes. Shipra's specialties include HRM/MIS reports, policy and procedures, employee engagement, corporate social responsibility, networking and references, industry mapping, executing reward and recognition programs, joining and exit formalities, training and coaching new hires, and developing internal certification programs. Prior to her current role, Shipra served as the HR Manager at JUSPAY Technologies Pvt Ltd., where she set up a new department from scratch for Juspay's product. Her responsibilities included salary fixation and negotiation with candidates, HR interviews, campus connect programs, campus placement and engagement, vendor management, and more. She also managed employee engagement and talent management initiatives, conducted employee relation activities, and handled all kinds of HR MIS reports. Before joining JUSPAY, Shipra served as a Sr. Executive - HRM at Bidgely Technologies Pvt Ltd, where she managed HR interviews, vendor management, intern and campus hiring and university relations, employee referral programs, and more. Shipra holds a PG degree in Human Resource from the University of Lucknow, a Graduation degree in PCM from DAV Degree College, and has completed her 12th and 10th from Delhi Public School and Nirmala Convent School, respectively.
