Shipra Saxena is an experienced Sr. QA Engineer with over 8 years of experience in the field of manual and automation testing. She has worked with various renowned companies like tiket.com, Paytm, Times Internet, Zomato, and SnapDeal. Currently, she is working with Medallia as an Engineer. Shipra specializes in functional, white box, black box, regression testing, and API testing using Postman and Charles. She is proficient in designing test scenarios, test cases, user manuals, and testing reports. She has expertise in manual testing and is proficient in different phases of testing like functional testing, black box testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, GUI testing, regression testing, integration testing, system testing, AD hoc testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
