Shirish Bhatt is a technical leader with over a decade of experience in designing and implementing large-scale applications and data management solutions. He has a hands-on experience in software product development, having built products from inception phase to deployment in production environments. Shirish has delivered large-scale, real-time, cloud-based solutions, analytical petabyte-scale databases, executive-level dashboards, as well as reporting, process automation, and eCommerce platforms. He has co-founded two startups that built SaaS-based products, social networking, and eCommerce platforms from scratch, generating stable revenues of more than $4M annually. Shirish has received multiple accolades from organizations like Microsoft and Bloomberg for products he forged. Currently, he is the Director of Technology at Coditas, where he is responsible for team-building, mentoring and guiding junior team members, leading product engineering efforts for multiple clients, communicating and collaborating with stakeholders, formulating risk mitigation strategies, identifying best practices, and harvesting internal IPs that can be shared across the team. Shirish's strong suit includes Solution design & development, Product Management, Program Management, Product Engineering, Agile Methodologies, Pre-Sales/Business Development, Process Improvement and Cost Reductions, Software Architecture Design & Development, Data Analytics, and Database Management, and UI/UX Design. He has worked with Big Data, Data Scientist, Data Engineering, designer, product manager, ui, Senior Software Engineer, and test Search. Shirish's past experiences include being a Co-Founder CTO at BuyTestSeries, where he built an eCommerce platform, BuyTestSeries.com, which is India's leading education marketplace focused on eLearning products like video lectures, online tests, and study material for more than 270 competitive exams from scratch. He also co-founded Talentick IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd, which provides Campus recruitment automation solutions named Talentick. Talentick is a product that streamlines and automates the entire Campus recruitment process. Shirish holds a B.E in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University and completed his High School education from Crescent High School.
