Shirisha MS is a highly skilled Member of Technical Staff with over 8 years of experience in all phases of system development, including requirements analysis, system, software design, software development, unit testing, integration testing, system testing, debugging, and maintenance of software. She has a strong background in Automation Framework Development with tools and has a proven track record of effective defect tracking and reporting to improve communications across the project and reduce delay. Shirisha is an expert in Automation project management planning & estimations and has the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. She possesses good analytical skills, is self-directed, team-oriented, customer, and quality-focused. Currently, Shirisha is working as a Member of Technical Staff 3 at VMware. Prior to this, she worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Scienaptic AI, where she worked on products such as Lens, a big data modeling workbench to train explainable ML models, Slate, a decision review system to monitor model & decision quality, and Iris, a real-time ML-powered decision engine for Credit Underwriting. Before joining Scienaptic AI, Shirisha worked as an SDET-2 at Halodoc, an easily accessible healthcare system for the people of Indonesia. At Halodoc, she worked on systems such as Medicine delivery, Contact Doctor, Lab Services, and Payments integration, which help in creating a healthcare ecosystem. Shirisha holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University and M.V.J College of Engineering. Her tech stack includes Software Engineer, test, ML, Integration, Big Data, and SDET.
