Shishir Agarwal is a seasoned IT professional with 19 years of experience in program management and account management. He has a strong track record of successfully launching, directing, and managing large-scale programs across multiple sectors such as High-tech, BFSI, Media, and Utilities. Shishir has a focus on revenue growth, customer success, and team management. Currently working as a Senior Account Manager at EPAM Systems, Shishir manages BFSI, Retail, and Technology companies. He is delivering a 2-year long QA digital transformation project for one of the US's largest Social Media clients with a focus on automation and managing a large team of 50+ people working from the client captive. Shishir has led high-performing teams under tough deadlines to meet the expectations of demanding customers in a truly outcome-based approach. He has also orchestrated the Digital roadmap for India's Largest Bank and delivered several cross-functional Digital Mobile programs with high organizational ability and stakeholder management skills. Shishir holds an Executive MBA from IIM Bangalore, an MBA in Finance from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, an MCA degree in Computer Science and Application from Aligarh Muslim University, and a BSc degree in Mathematics from Aligarh Muslim University. He also has a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
