Shishir Goel is an entrepreneur, engineer, and people person with a passion for building amazing companies with amazing people. As the Founding Partner of GoGroup, a startup studio, he works with founders-to-be and the best tech talent to identify ideas, validate them, bring them to life, and scale them. Shishir believes that everyone has a purpose in life, and he has found his in developing products, building up teams, and founding companies from scratch. He wakes up every day to work for his teams and does whatever he can to enable them in building multiple tech products at different scales. With over 15 years of relevant experience, Shishir has a proven track record of success in the automotive and insurance industries. As the Founder of Caroobi India, he built world-class products and software together with his incredible team and made a significant impact in the automotive industry with the technology they offer. His responsibilities included setting up the core engineering team, building the initial technology stack, providing technology and product advisory, and leading India Ops. As the Founder of Homebell India and CTO, Shishir spearheaded the technology strategy and execution, built and nurtured the technology team, and served as Country Head for India. Homebell offers best-in-class technology for insurances and other B2B customers to build and manage their craftsmen network. Their technology automates the planning, pricing, distribution, and monitoring of renovation projects nationwide. Shishir holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from NIT Hamirpur. His tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer skills.
