He has also spent three years as an Engineering Manager, where he has demonstrated his ability to lead and motivate his team to deliver high-quality products. Prior to joining Netflix, Shishir worked as a Senior Software Engineer at VMware. He has a Master's degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Science from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology. Shishir's technical expertise includes Senior Software Engineering, UI, and Software Engineering.
