Shishir Kashyap is a highly motivated Senior Software Developer with over 6 years of experience in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, JPA & Hibernate, REST Web Services & Microservices, SQL/PLSQL, JUnit5 & Mockito framework, and Data Structures & Algorithms. He is currently working at Accion Labs as a Senior Software Development Engineer, where he is part of the core development team and works with different stakeholders like product owners, project managers, business users, architects, and peer developers effectively. Shishir is currently working on the development of a microservices project from scratch, where he is transforming the Unified Content Ingestion system (UCI) by ingesting data from various sources and pushing it to downstream applications after initial processing. He is implementing this project using the Reactive tech stack, Apache Kafka as the stream-processing platform, reactive db, and javascript for transforming data into the consuming applications' desired format. Shishir is also using Grafana as the data visualization tool to monitor the status and health of the application. Before joining Accion Labs, Shishir worked at Deloitte as an Analyst, where he worked on the migration of a monolithic application to microservices. He has hands-on experience in building and maintaining applications using Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Shishir also worked at Infosys as a Systems Engineer, where he was a Java Developer (Application Development and Maintenance). Shishir holds a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution. He also completed his High School in Science (PCM) from Delhi Public School, Bokaro Steel City.
