Shishir Kumar is a Full Stack Developer with over 8 years of experience in the Insurance and Local Marketing Automation domains. He is currently working as a Technical Lead at LeadSquared, where he is responsible for architecting solutions, designing and developing software from scratch, and developing responsive user interfaces. Shishir has extensive knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns, and REST APIs. He also has experience working with a wide range of technologies such as SQL, .NET, ASP.NET, AngularJS, AWS, and Redis. Prior to his current role, Shishir worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Brandmuscle, where he designed and developed dashboard analytics and reporting software using Angular 4, HTML 5, CSS3, C#, Asp.Net Web API, Power BI, Entity Framework, and SQL Server 2010. He also redesigned and re-engineered a software to enhance website performance for better page ranking. Before joining Brandmuscle, Shishir worked as an Associate at Cognizant, where he designed and developed enhancements and fixed critical customer issues as part of the Polaris Project. He also mentored team members in implementing product features and developed clean and scalable code in .NET programming languages using test-driven development approach by using Rhino Mocks for unit testing ensuring 100% code coverage. Shishir holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Annamalai University and completed his high school education in Mathematics from B D Public School, Patna.
