Shishir Shukla is an experienced software engineer with over 11 years of relevant experience in building microservices architecture for distributed systems. He is currently working as a Technical Lead at Salesforce, where he is responsible for building Net Zero Cloud. As a Scrum Master, he leads a team of rockstar engineers and is responsible for designing and planning Epics and features, feature deliveries, communication with stakeholders and cross teams, setting up best practices and guidelines for team execution, and code reviews and development of feature implementations. Prior to Salesforce, he worked at Amazon as an SDE 2, where he was responsible for building subset of Vendor Payment System pipeline features. He was also a technology lead and core team member for developing the next version of the system which participated in the transaction of billions of dollars to vendors. He has also worked at Paysafe as a Senior Platform Engineer, where he was a big data enthusiast. Shishir holds an MTech in Computer Science from IIT Dhanbad and a BTech in Computer Science & Engineering from PSIT Kanpur. He is skilled in various technologies such as Java, Spring, Android, and Big Data. He is a Certified Scrum Master and has a demonstrated history of solving complex software problems at scale.
