Shishpal Vishnoi is a Senior Software Engineer with 2.86 years of relevant experience in the field. He achieved State of the Art Accuracy on the license plate dataset with an improvement of more than 1.9% in Accuracy. He built a novel Neural Network architecture, which helps in recognizing Arbitrary Length, Multi-Style, and Noisy Images in Segmentation-Free Manner. His research was published in the IEEE 10th ICCCNT Conference held at IIT Kanpur. Shishpal completed his Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology Srinagar in 2020.
