Shital Rasekar is an experienced IT professional with over 9 years of experience in the banking domain. As an Assistant Vice President at Citi, she has been involved in various aspects of software development, including estimation, requirement analysis, software design, development, testing, implementation, and production support. Shital has been an individual contributor for critical deliveries in Fixed Income and the Barracuda Project. She also mentored a new team during the development phase of FXM and implemented an automatic build deployment process for the FXM project. Her expertise has been recognized with awards such as the SPOT award for implementing a new environment setup with multiple entities in the HSBCnet Payment project and the STAR award for complete ownership of the CSRT module and proactive quality changes in the FXM project. Shital has also taken on additional roles such as Defect Prevention Champion and Software Configuration Manager. She has completed various certifications, including the Business English Certificate (BEC) examination conducted by British ESOL, Java Competency Certification conducted by HSBC, and Banking domain level1 and domain level2 training.
