Shitanshu Rakesh is an experienced Technical Analyst with over 7 years of experience in the medical device industry. He is currently working as a Sr Tech Operations Analyst at Ameriprise, where he is responsible for SharePoint administration, Production L2/L3/L4 Support for SharePoint Online, basic Web administration, and managing 18 SharePoint farms across the globe. He is also the Migration Lead for the SharePoint Migration project and is closely working with Business located in US, Europe, Japan, Australia and other parts of the globe in understanding their needs and delivering a solution within the time frame.
