Shiv Arora is a highly motivated and team-oriented individual who currently works as a Member Consulting Staff - Verification at Siemens. With almost 8 years of experience in the industry, Shiv has developed solid communication skills and a strong desire to excel in everything he does. He is a quick learner who takes guidance and motivation from his colleagues to perform to his best potential. Shiv's previous experience includes working as an HEP Trainee at Siemens, where he was trained in working on LINUX OS and gained practical hands-on experience on Questa Sim EDA Tool. During his training, he created the Verification Environment for Non-Pipelined and Pipelined versions of 16-bit LC3 Microprocessor using SystemVerilog on Questa Sim EDA Tool. Shiv's training provided him with an insight into the world of EDA and various methodologies in the EDA industry. Before joining Siemens, Shiv worked as a Technical Scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, where he acquired basic knowledge of Voltage Controllers on kits designed by Professors at IIT, Delhi. He also undertook a project on Infrared High Speed Burglary Simulator, making use of Infrared. Shiv holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology. He completed his schooling from J.D.Tytler School.
