Shiv Gupta is an aspiring Data Scientist with over 10 years of experience in Java/Spring Boot/Microservices/ATG Framework. He is a track lead with expertise in requirement gathering, design (LOW/HIGH), implementation, code review, code coverage, and test-driven development. Shiv has designed and implemented a sitemap framework in Python and created core/parent services that are used across PODS. He has created a state machine to persist North America order metadata onto DYNAMO DB/S3 and international order metadata onto MONGO DB. Shiv has implemented AWS SQS to persist payment info for a given order and AWS SNS to get payment info for an order and infuse the order XML so that it will be ready to ship for downstream systems. He has also used GCP PUB/SUB to receive stores related data and persisting the same into CASSANDRA. Shiv has actively supported holiday peak seasons and implemented Cart & Checkout Using CommerceTools. Currently, he is working as a Technology Specialist at Intersoft Data Labs, where he is working with Bed Bath & Beyond as a client. In the past, Shiv has worked as a Senior System Analyst at Intersoft Data Labs and an IT Consultant at NCR Corporation. Shiv holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from RGPV and a Bachelor of Science - BS degree from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur.
