Shiv Sharma is an accomplished Assistant Vice President with over 14 years of experience in digital sales and marketing. He is a data enthusiast with expertise in cloud technology, particularly AWS, and big data. Shiv has an impressive track record in managing large-scale projects and delivering successful outcomes. Currently, Shiv is working at Citi as AVP for Digital Sales and Marketing in the APAC and EMEA regions. He is responsible for driving the digital transformation of the sales and marketing functions, leveraging data and cloud technology to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth. Prior to his current role, Shiv worked at Capital One as a Senior Analyst, where he was involved in the migration of in-premises applications to AWS. He performed migration assessment analysis, set up and built AWS infrastructure, and created cloud formation templates to auto-deploy cloud technology stacks. Shiv also has experience in data visualization, having designed and implemented the infrastructure for tracking more than 3000+ cascading CTQs (business metrics) and built interactive visual management dashboards using Tableau. Shiv holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Tezpur University. His technical expertise includes AWS, big data, and infrastructure.
