He has worked in various roles such as Developer, Tech Lead, Architect, and Head of Engineering, gaining expertise in several Java technologies such as Spring, Kotlin, Mybatis, JPA, and more. Shiv has a strong understanding of various databases, including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis, as well as messaging and log streaming tools like Kafka, Rabbit, and ActiveMQ. Shiv is highly skilled in designing and programming in various projects throughout his career, with a particular focus on microservice architecture. He has also proven himself to be an excellent team manager, leading several teams and projects to success.
