He delivered core functionality such as network creation, org creation, private channel creation, inviting orgs to channel, creating a chaincode, installing and instantiating chaincode/smart contracts, invocation of chaincode, and creating generic connection profiles to ease communication between nodes in the network. In addition, he guided and mentored junior SDEs in writing good code and took the lead for the entire UI. Shiva is also actively engaged in implementing the Cargoes Logistics Platform, interacting with business stakeholders, converting requirements into technical specifications, designing and developing functionality, explaining requirements to the team, breaking down functionality into smaller tasks, allocating tasks to team members, and monitoring and tracking daily progress. Prior to dp world, Shiva worked as a Senior Software Engineer at coMakeIT and as a Software Development Engineer at EPAM Systems. Shiva has a Master of Technology in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from IIIT Basara.
