Shiva Sharma is a tech enthusiast and co-founder at MiBi, who loves building tech products. He is currently working as a Senior Product Specialist at Affinity Global. With a relevant experience of 2.43 years, Shiva has worked with some of the leading companies in the industry, including Raven and Sapio. During his tenure at Raven, Shiva worked as a Product Manager and was responsible for enhancing the existing product and features. He conceptualized, implemented, and wrote the PRD of features like 'App-Switch,' 'Copy Event to Prod,' 'Delete App,' etc., which resulted in a 70% increase in customer satisfaction. He also built the 'Domain Signup' feature from scratch, which resulted in 100% accuracy in sign up & sign-in. Shiva collaborated with developers (Frontend+Backend) in building and releasing the features, and also overlooked the whole process of Mipanel and Segment integration into their platform. At Sapio, Shiva led a team of 5 people consisting of Backend & Frontend developers, Data Analyst, etc. He built a WhatsApp chatbot using Django, Python, MongoDB, and Gupshup. He conceptualized and led the work of chatbot1.1 by making 10+ improvements on the chatbot1.0. He also integrated an analytics dashboard on the admin panel for the business team to see sales conversions and progress. Shiva worked on NLP integration in the chatbot for understanding users and their behavior and making the chatbot more personalized and efficient. Shiva has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from IIT. He possesses a diverse tech stack, including product management, frontend, integration, backend, NLP, Python, Django, and MongoDB.
