Shivaji Jadhav is a highly experienced Senior Consultant at Vision Technology & Staffing Solutions Pvt Ltd, where he is currently working on the management of Mumbai City Surveillance (MCS) project for PwC India. With over 12 years of experience in scientific and technical advisory roles, Shivaji has a proven track record of delivering successful projects of national importance. In his current role, Shivaji is responsible for the advancement and monitoring of the Picture Intelligence Unit (PIU) and Social Media Platforms Monitoring advancement. He has also successfully integrated the MCS Project with other national databases like CCTNS, AMBIS, Vahan, and more. Shivaji routinely audits and manages over 5,000 cameras, including regular, PTZ, and thermal cameras, as well as auditing video, audio, ANPR, image, and other forensic analysis tools. He has also assisted in the implementation of biometric systems under the Nirbhaya Project for Maharashtra Police. Prior to joining Vision Technology & Staffing Solutions Pvt Ltd, Shivaji worked as a Scientific & Technical Advisor for the Home Department - AMBIS Project, Cyber Crime & Security Project, Maharashtra Police, Govt. of Maharashtra. He also served as a Project Manager at Penwork Systems Pvt. Ltd., where he successfully developed products in the field of cyber and digital security/forensic, ICT-based solutions, and more. Shivaji has a Master of Engineering degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in B.Tech from Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology, Vishnupuri, Nanded. He also holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Jintur.
