Shivakumar CH is a certified Scrum Master and SAFe Agilist with over 5 years of experience in SAFe and Agile methodologies using Scrum frameworks. He is currently working as a Scrum Master at eteam, where he is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks in the organization. With a relevant experience of 12.29 years, Shivakumar has worked with various companies in the past, including ust and Nokia, where he served as a Scrum Master. At ust, he was responsible for implementing SAFe Scrum methodologies, while at Nokia, he served as an Agile Scrum Master. Shivakumar holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University. He has a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks, and has experience in managing Agile teams, facilitating Scrum events, and coaching team members on Agile practices. As a Scrum Master, Shivakumar is passionate about helping organizations adopt Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks to improve their productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
