Shivali Agrawal is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner with Piramal Capital & Housing Finance, where she heads the HRBP function for the Retail Finance business. With a combined experience of 10 years in HR management and software engineering, Shivali has a unique blend of skills that make her a valuable asset to any organization. Shivali is passionate about listening to employee voices, building people analytics, and re-engineering processes with technology. At Piramal Capital & Housing Finance, Shivali is involved in various tech and non-tech projects, including the transition of HRMS tools from Fusion to Darwinbox, designing and implementing R&R initiatives, systems integrations and change management during DHFL merger process, designing and automating the Career Opportunity Program and Employee Referral Program, and automating the recruitment process on Taleo. She has also designed and implemented R&R programs PAN-India, empanelled vendors for reward distribution, designed performance improvement programs, and handled employee grievance and disciplinary cases. Prior to her current role, Shivali worked as an HR Business Partner for the West and South regions of Retail Finance business at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance. She was involved in designing employee engagement frameworks, re-designing induction modules, performance management systems, career opportunity programs, HR policy re-designing, and change management due to the change in business focus. Before joining Piramal Capital & Housing Finance, Shivali worked as an HR Business Partner for the Digital Circle department at Axis Bank. She managed the entire employee life cycle of the newly developed team PAN India, including manpower planning, incentive designing, stakeholder management, hiring, exit, and employee engagement initiatives. Shivali holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from International Management Institute - IMI and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Medi-Caps Institute of Technology & Management Rau, Indore. She has expertise in Frontend development and has relevant experience of 8.52 years.
