Before joining OPTUM, Shivam served as a Placement Coordinator at Delhi Technological University, where he was responsible for liaising between the college, employers, and the community regarding administrative and operating requirements for the placement program. He also worked as a Frontend Developer at Lovebird Lingerie, where he worked under a team of developers to redesign and develop the company's website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Shivam was responsible for making the website more user-friendly and interactive using different frontend elements.
