Shivam Agarwal is an experienced product manager with over 6 years of experience in product and analytics. He has a demonstrated history of working with the eCommerce and healthcare industry. In his latest stint, he helped scale Nykaa to a multi-billion dollar organization with 10x growth. Currently, he is leading search and discovery POD at Nykaa.com where he manages the roadmap and execution for Nykaa beauty product. He also validated total power and gas balance for Jamnagar Petrochemical Complex resulting in GRM boost of $ 3/barrel post J3 project. Shivam optimized L3 schedule for J3 complex, reducing the entire startup to 80 days from the initial plan of 110 days. He also worked for Gap Analysis team – validating shortcomings (Risks in the system) in the conceptual phase of the project itself. Shivam has a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He is an Associate (Product Launch) at ZS Associates, where he consulted client’s product management team to formulate strategy, identify potential tactical initiatives, and develop metrics for measuring/improving a new product launch in Multi Billion Dollar pharma market. Shivam evaluated the effectiveness of multi-channel marketing strategies on key metrics and provided recommendations to maximize the ROI. He provided recommendations on market penetration, market expansion, and customer targeting based on SHA Anonymized Patient Longitudinal Data (APLD) that provide insights into current and historical patient trends, including treatment progression, patient adherence to treatment, medication titration patterns, how concomitant treatment is utilized, and identify Source of Business. Shivam performed analyses to determine brand performance, evaluate sources of change in historical trends, and simulate the impact of new marketing strategies. He was responsible for designing analytical solutions, frameworks for unstructured client questions, and recommend solutions.
