Shivam Agarwal is a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Software Engineer currently leading the development efforts for CoinSets, a game-changing product that simplifies crypto investments for long-term investors at Mudrex. With a relevant experience of 4.79 years, Shivam is a great team player who has proved his team leadership skills in the past. Shivam has a varied experience of working in different positions with startups as well as in already set up companies. He has previously worked as a Software Development Engineer at Anarock Property Consultants, where he developed a project dashboard that showcases what's happening at the project site. He also developed a dynamic aggregation system that serves the user real-time data analytics, which were previously done on excel sheets and had a lot of limitations. Shivam used Elixir and Python as languages and MongoDB as a database for this project. Before that, Shivam worked as a Risk Management Intern at American Express in RIM-CoE: Risk and Information Management. He migrated a process from SAS to distributed environment for which he used Spark on Python to talk to the Hadoop cluster. The project was important for the company's vision of being big data ready for the future. Shivam improved the efficiency of the process by 50%. Shivam holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E. Hons.) degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He also attended Rukmani Birla Modern High School.
