Shivam Anand is an IT Analyst & Developer at Reliance Industries Limited, with over three years of experience in project development, implementation, identifying use-cases, functional and business requirements. He is a dedicated, energetic and motivated individual who actively participates in transition management, UAT sign-offs, end user trainings, master data configurations and other roll-out activities. At Reliance, Shivam works on the Reliability Domain of Downstream Oil and Gas Industry, developing in-house platform-based solutions to streamline and digitize permit to work management. He is responsible for working on business rules, implementation, master data configurations, transition management, conducting user trainings and roll-out activities. He also works on GIS to map, mark & analyze work locations, on-going jobs, simultaneous operations to ensure safety & smooth operation. Shivam is also responsible for working on Asset Critically Analysis, Risk Based Inspection, Inspection Management, Recommendation Management, Root Cause Analysis modules to map out maintenance strategies for equipment. He actively participates in product upgrade, testing, database management and bug fixing. Apart from his work at Reliance, Shivam has also worked as a Summer Research Intern at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur. At IIT Delhi, he interfaced different hardware components like Raspberry Pi, LCD Display, Matrix Keypad & Thermal Printer together as an embedded unit. At Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, he developed a Smart Stick for visually impaired persons to locate static and dynamic obstacles using multiple distance sensors and the presence of human. Shivam holds a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from HBTU and has completed his Class 12th from Kendriya Vidyalaya Amhat Sultanpur and Class 10th from Gurucharan Kaur Public School, Sultanpur. He has experience in Research Scientist, test, Python, Android, and Computer Vision. With his relevant experience of 3.69 years, Shivam is a skilled IT Analyst & Developer who brings a unique perspective to the Oil & Gas industry.
